There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Austerman moved and asked unanimous consent that the House rescind previous action in adopting CSHB 267(L&C) (page 1578). There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Austerman moved and asked unanimous that the motion to adopt CSHB 267(L&C) be withdrawn. There being no objection, the following was before the House in third reading: HOUSE BILL NO. 267 "An Act relating to the Real Estate Commission; and providing for an effective date." Representative Austerman moved and asked unanimous consent that HB 267 be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of adopting the 2d Judiciary Committee Substitute (page 1652). There being no objection, it was so ordered. 2012-02-24 House Journal Page 1694 Representative Austerman moved that 2d CSHB 267(JUD) be adopted in lieu of the original bill. There being no objection, the following was adopted: 2d CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 267(JUD) "An Act relating to the Real Estate Commission; relating to temporary permits issued by the Real Estate Commission; relating to licensed assistants who are employed by other real estate licensees; relating to contributions by a real estate licensee to a charitable organization; and providing for an effective date." 2d CSHB 267(JUD) was automatically in third reading. The question being: "Shall 2d CSHB 267(JUD) pass the House?" Representative Austerman moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Johnson gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on 2d CSHB 267(JUD).
